About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Technical Operations Engineer to deploy and support advanced imaging systems for military customers. You'll serve as a subject matter expert bridging engineering and operations, handling complex hardware-software-networking challenges while training users and guiding product improvements.
What you'll do
- Deploy and support Anduril imaging products directly with Department of Defense customers in the field
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues across integrated systems in unstructured environments
- Create technical documentation, training manuals, and operational procedures for end users
- Coordinate cross-functional teams on product deployment planning, site surveys, and contract deliverables
- Configure systems, manage pre-deployment logistics, and ensure high availability of imaging infrastructure
- Communicate status updates and technical recommendations to both internal engineering and customer teams
