About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Technical Operations Engineer to deploy and support imaging systems for defense operations worldwide. You'll serve as a subject matter expert bridging customer needs with engineering teams, handling everything from system configuration and troubleshooting to training and documentation in dynamic, field-based environments.
What you'll do
- Deploy and support Anduril imaging products directly with Department of War customers in the field
- Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and networking issues in real-time and drive resolution
- Develop training materials, technical documentation, and pre-deployment site surveys
- Configure systems, manage hardware setup, and ensure integration with customer infrastructure
- Communicate field issue status and technical recommendations to internal and customer teams
- Manage cross-functional projects and coordinate with imaging operations and engineering teams
