About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Technical Operations Engineer to deploy and support imaging systems for defense operations worldwide. You'll serve as a subject matter expert bridging customers and engineering teams, managing hardware-software integration, training delivery, and real-time troubleshooting in challenging operational environments.
What you'll do
- Deploy and support Anduril imaging products directly with Department of Defense customers in the field
- Develop training materials, pre-deployment surveys, and technical documentation for customer delivery
- Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and networking issues in unstructured operational settings
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve field issues and accelerate project implementation
- Configure systems, manage pre-deployment setup, and ensure high availability of imaging infrastructure
- Communicate status updates and technical recommendations between customer operations and internal engineering teams
