Technical Operations Engineer, Electronic Warfare

About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Technical Operations Engineer to deploy and support electronic warfare defense systems globally. You'll manage field operations, troubleshoot complex hardware/software/networking issues, maintain air defense systems, and partner with engineering teams to drive product improvements in dynamic military environments.

What you'll do

• Execute field deployment, maintenance, and technical support for military air defense systems
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues in unstructured field conditions
• Conduct tower climbing for sensor installation, maintenance, and repair
• Perform preventive maintenance on tower infrastructure and support systems (generators, power, hydraulics)
• Lead incident response root-cause analyses and implement preventive measures
• Communicate status updates to internal teams and customers, provide operational planning guidance
