Anduril Industries seeks a Technical Operations Engineer Trainer to serve as the subject matter expert responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs that build technical capability across the organization. This senior individual contributor role combines deep technical knowledge with instructional expertise to create scalable learning solutions, develop critical documentation, and ensure operational readiness through measurable performance improvements.
What you'll do
- Design end-to-end training frameworks and curricula for Tech Ops engineers, spanning onboarding through advanced proficiency
- Develop technical documentation including runbooks, SOPs, work instructions, and troubleshooting guides that translate complex systems into scalable learning artifacts
- Conduct hands-on technical training across diverse products and systems, adapting instructional methods to learner needs and operational contexts
- Identify systemic capability gaps and design targeted, data-driven training solutions that scale with new products and processes
- Establish documentation standards and maintain knowledge management systems that capture institutional knowledge and prevent single points of failure
- Incorporate field insights and After Action Reviews into training updates to ensure content reflects operational realities
