About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Manufacturing Test Engineer to own test activities for defense technology systems in production, ensuring quality and meeting throughput targets. You'll troubleshoot complex electrical issues, improve automation and test coverage, and collaborate with design and quality teams to sustain and enhance testing processes.
What you'll do
- Own test activities in production and maintain test flow to meet throughput requirements
- Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and perform hands-on problem resolution during testing
- Maintain and improve test systems across the manufacturing value stream from component-level to system-level acceptance testing
- Create test work instructions and train technicians; develop failure mode libraries with troubleshooting guides
- Perform root cause analysis on product failures and support customer returns and failure investigations
- Analyze test data, optimize test strategies for efficiency, and calibrate test equipment
