About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Test Site Asset Engineer to own the operational health and mission-readiness of air defense test facilities. You'll manage hardware assets, coordinate troubleshooting across teams, maintain infrastructure, and drive continuous improvement through hands-on systems administration and cross-functional communication.

What you'll do

  • Monitor daily health and mission-capability status of assigned test site, serving as single point of accountability
  • Perform hands-on system maintenance including hardware swaps, SSH access, restarts, and basic troubleshooting
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts to diagnose complex issues and manage hardware replacement logistics
  • Communicate technical issues clearly to SMEs, drive resolution paths, and document solutions
  • Develop sustainment plans, track failure rates, and build cost models for multi-year support
  • Maintain organized lab spaces, inventory control, and hazard safety protocols across fixed, mobile, and flight assets
