About this role

Anrok is hiring a Post-Sales Solutions Engineer to drive expansion within existing customers by providing technical expertise in tax automation and enterprise integrations. You'll partner with Account Managers to uncover new use cases, lead complex implementations, and serve as the trusted technical advisor who bridges customer business needs with Anrok's platform capabilities.

What you'll do

  • Conduct technical discovery within existing accounts to identify expansion opportunities, new use cases, and integration needs
  • Partner with Account Managers on expansion strategy, account planning, and quarterly business reviews
  • Lead complex implementations including multi-entity configurations and advanced feature deployments
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, run configuration sessions, and manage escalations with composure
  • Collect customer feedback and technical requirements to inform product roadmap priorities
  • Create implementation guides, expansion frameworks, and training materials as the team scales

What they're looking for

  • Solutions Engineering or Solutions Architecture in SaaS (5+ years)
  • REST APIs, webhooks, SQL, and enterprise integrations
  • Billing, financial, or compliance software experience
  • Automation and AI tool adoption
  • Technical communication across all organizational levels
  • Problem-solving under pressure and real-time adaptability
  • Domain expertise building and self-directed learning
  • Process design and bringing structure to ambiguity
