About this role

Antares seeks a Software Intern to work on infrastructure, tooling, and systems automation supporting internal applications and compute workloads. You'll own projects spanning cloud deployment, monitoring, cluster operations, and data pipeline infrastructure while working onsite in Los Angeles across both cloud and on-premises environments.

What you'll do

  • Develop and improve cloud deployment tooling for shared internal applications
  • Build Grafana dashboards and monitoring alerts to increase system visibility
  • Create standardized templates for Python data projects with better deployment and dependency management
  • Automate integrations between internal and external systems
  • Migrate cluster infrastructure to latest versions of Rocky Linux and Warewulf
  • Analyze and optimize cloud costs for internal job pipelines
