About this role

The Institute of Foundation Models seeks a hybrid Website Developer & Visual Designer to manage their digital presence, maintaining website performance while creating visual assets, graphics, and video content that communicate complex AI research to external audiences.

What you'll do

  • Manage website performance, security, accessibility, and SEO compliance
  • Design and produce graphics, diagrams, infographics, and short-form video content for social channels
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to provide visual support across owned channels
  • Track, analyze, and report on website analytics and engagement metrics
  • Maintain visual consistency and coherence of IFM's brand identity over time
  • Partner with external design agency to ensure design continuity and strategic alignment
