About this role
Anthropic seeks an experienced Finance Systems Integration Engineer to design and maintain integrations between ERP platforms and critical financial applications, with opportunities to expand into Claude-powered AI automation and data pipeline development. You'll build the integration backbone for a fast-growing AI company while directly applying frontier AI technology to financial operations challenges.
What you'll do
- Design and build integrations connecting ERP systems with financial platforms (ZipHQ, Brex, Navan, Clearwater, Payroll, Salesforce) using iPaaS solutions like Workato or MuleSoft
- Develop REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth 2.0 authentication flows for secure system-to-system communication
- Implement real-time and batch integration patterns supporting high-volume financial transactions
- Build Claude-powered AI agents for document processing, reconciliation, audit workflows, and financial reporting automation
- Support data pipeline development using Airflow and dbt, building flows from ERP systems into BigQuery for analytics
- Establish monitoring, alerting, and error-handling frameworks ensuring integration reliability and data integrity
