About this role
Join Anthropic's Web Platform team to build foundational infrastructure and shared systems that enable product teams across the organization to ship faster and more reliably. You'll design shared UI components, optimize backend-for-frontend APIs, and improve developer velocity through better tooling and observability on Claude.ai's web, mobile, and desktop platforms.
What you'll do
- Reduce friction in build, deploy, and testing pipelines to improve developer velocity
- Identify and resolve performance issues, improve observability, and establish reliability standards
- Design and build shared UI component libraries and abstractions for multi-platform use
- Partner with product teams to understand needs and prioritize platform investments
- Maintain and evolve documentation and tooling for platform usability
- Operationalize performance and reliability practices in production systems
