What you'll do

  • Establish and track project timelines, milestones, and accountability across commercial teams to accelerate deals to final investment decision
  • Create and maintain commercial contract and risk tracking tools for deal team alignment and stakeholder visibility
  • Navigate technical, language, cultural, and time zone challenges for geographically distributed teams
  • Identify deal risks, escalate to leadership, and manage mitigation workstreams
  • Partner with legal and business development to secure land control through lease and title agreements
  • Engage with local community leaders and authorities to obtain permits for thermal storage projects
