About this role
Anyscale seeks a Site Reliability Engineer to ensure production system uptime and reliability for their distributed computing platform. You'll design observability infrastructure, establish SLOs, manage cloud costs, and implement incident management best practices across user-facing services.
What you'll do
- Develop unified perspective on cloud resource utilization and cost management across the organization
- Build observability infrastructure for metrics, logging, and tracing to enable rapid issue identification
- Create monitoring and alerting systems with extensible architecture for cross-team contributions
- Establish testing infrastructure and deployment methodologies aligned with reliability goals
- Implement SLO measurement tools and define organization-wide service level objectives
- Coordinate cloud service deployments and manage on-call incident response systems
