About this role

Apex Companies seeks an early-career civil or environmental engineer to support water and wastewater infrastructure projects across New England offices. What you'll do

  • Perform design calculations for water distribution, treatment, and wastewater systems
  • Prepare bid documents, specifications, and technical drawings using AutoCAD
  • Submit state, federal, and local permit applications
  • Conduct fieldwork including surveying, GPS data collection, infrastructure inspections, and construction observation
  • Write technical reports documenting project objectives, methods, results, and conclusions
  • Use specialized software for water and wastewater project support
