About this role
Apollo.io seeks a GTM Engineer to drive customer success and revenue growth for SMB accounts by designing AI-powered campaign workflows, analyzing product usage data, and building scalable playbooks that optimize adoption and retention. This hybrid role blends customer success management with systems engineering, requiring someone who can automate outreach strategies while maintaining strategic customer partnerships.
What you'll do
- Own customer outcomes including GRR (95%+), NRR, product adoption, and credit consumption across managed accounts
- Design and execute layered, signal-based outbound GTM campaigns from ICP definition through messaging and sequencing
- Analyze product telemetry and behavioral signals to identify adoption gaps, expansion opportunities, and churn risks
- Build AI-driven agentic workflows using Apollo and other tools to automate outreach and seat expansion with appropriate QA guardrails
- Advise customers on GTM strategy alignment and ROI measurement in partnership with their RevOps and Sales teams
- Create reusable playbooks, templates, and assets that improve effectiveness across the entire managed team
