IT Operations Engineer

About this role

Applied Intuition seeks an IT Operations Engineer to provide technical support and build scalable IT infrastructure for a rapidly growing physical AI company. This role combines first-line help desk support with infrastructure design, requiring expertise across multiple operating systems and networking technologies in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

• Design and deploy scalable IT infrastructure for a growing organization
• Provide first-line technical support via help desk channels and onsite assistance
• Handle user onboarding and offboarding processes
• Support and troubleshoot computer systems, networks, software, and hardware issues
• Deploy, integrate, and administer SaaS applications
• Create and maintain IT processes and procedures
