About this role

Archer seeks a Software Integration EPM to coordinate aircraft-level software releases for their electric aviation program, managing dependencies between Powertrain and Vehicle Management Software domains. You'll own integration schedules, track cross-domain risks, coordinate testing logistics, and communicate readiness status to program leadership.

What you'll do

  • Own aircraft-level software integration schedule combining Powertrain and Vehicle Management Software deliverables
  • Track cross-domain dependencies, interfaces, and sequencing to prevent integration surprises
  • Maintain integrated view across engineering milestones and keep domain subschedules aligned to program IMS
  • Coordinate integration testing logistics including bench testing, hardware-in-the-loop scheduling, and test venue management
  • Surface integration risks early—API mismatches, timing conflicts, shared resource contention—and maintain risk register
  • Prepare unified aircraft-level status for software CCB, program reviews, and executive forums
