About this role
Astranis seeks a Full Stack Engineer to build and maintain software systems supporting spacecraft development, manufacturing, and flight operations. You'll develop internal tools spanning hardware integration, cloud services, and web UIs while collaborating with cross-functional teams across engineering and mission control.
What you'll do
- Design and maintain scalable backend systems for hardware design, manufacturing, and automated testing workflows
- Develop backend APIs and web-based UIs for telemetry dashboards, test orchestration, and mission control
- Build integrations with hardware and ERP platforms such as Altium, Arena, and NetSuite
- Automate manual engineering and production workflows to improve operational velocity
- Manage full-lifecycle project ownership from architecture through deployment and iteration
- Gather requirements from engineers, operators, and technicians to deliver impactful solutions
