About this role
Join Astranis's Enterprise Systems team as a Software Engineer Intern to build internal tools and software that support satellite design, manufacturing, and testing. Over a 12-week internship, you'll work on meaningful projects including test infrastructure, hardware design tools, workflow automation, and data analytics pipelines that directly enable satellite operations.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain internal applications for test operations, scheduling, and production tracking
- Build tools used by hardware design and supply chain teams to improve accuracy and efficiency
- Create automated workflows using orchestration tools to reduce manual work across teams
- Contribute to data warehouse infrastructure and data ingestion pipelines
- Design, write, and test software features from conception to deployment
- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand and solve real operational problems
