About this role
Authorium seeks an Associate Solutions Engineer to own customer delivery for their document-centric workflow platform serving government agencies. You'll configure solutions, create technical documentation, facilitate discovery sessions, and execute QA while collaborating across teams to drive successful implementations.
What you'll do
- Configure templates, workflows, and rules based on design patterns and customer requirements
- Draft design documentation, workflow diagrams, and as-built configuration notes
- Co-lead discovery sessions and customer meetings to capture requirements
- Execute QA testing and UAT scripts to validate configurations meet specifications
- Troubleshoot configuration issues and assist with data validation for platform launches
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to understand new platform capabilities
