About this role
Join Hadrian as a Full Stack Software Engineer to build enterprise applications and internal tools powering aerospace and defense manufacturing operations. You'll own legal technology platforms, AI-powered contract intelligence systems, and cross-functional integrations connecting Legal, Sales, Finance, and Procurement across Salesforce, NetSuite, DocuSign, and Microsoft 365 GCC in a 0–1 build role.
What you'll do
- Design and own enterprise application strategy for legal tech, identifying workflow bottlenecks and building tools to improve contract cycle times and team throughput
- Build AI-assisted contract review, analysis, and drafting tools that surface risks, flag deviations, and generate structured change logs
- Develop obligation extraction and tracking systems that translate agreements into compliance tasks using RAG and LLM-powered tooling
- Design and implement CLM platform logic including intake, routing, approval workflows, and AI-driven automation through close-out
- Build integrations connecting Salesforce (GovCloud Plus) and NetSuite contract data with legal workflows for seamless Legal-Sales-Finance handoffs
- Create dashboards and reporting systems for Legal, Finance, and executives to track contract status, risk exposure, and compliance milestones
