About this role
Bandwidth is seeking an Internal Applications Engineer in Raleigh, NC to design and deploy automation workflows, API integrations, and AI-powered tools that streamline internal operations. You'll work across a modern stack including Python, React, FastAPI, n8n, and LLM APIs, collaborating with senior engineers to ship production solutions.
What you'll do
- Identify automation opportunities and build intelligent solutions using generative AI and workflow orchestration platforms
- Develop user-facing internal applications with React and FastAPI on containerized infrastructure
- Configure and maintain system integrations between operational platforms (HubSpot, ServiceNow) using n8n, Windmill, and Python
- Build and support data pipelines that load operational data into Snowflake for analytics
- Develop AI-powered solutions leveraging LLM APIs to automate tasks and enhance decision-making
- Write production Python and JavaScript scripts to automate tasks and extend automation capabilities
