About this role

Base is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to spearhead the design of energy products for residential and commercial use. The role involves managing all phases of mechanical development, from concepts to production, ensuring high performance and manufacturability of battery energy storage systems.

What you'll do

  • Design and optimize mechanical components for battery systems
  • Create detailed 3D models and manufacturing drawings using CAD software
  • Conduct thermal, stress, and structural analysis for safety and reliability
