About this role
Base seeks a Deployment Engineer to design and optimize the operational processes for scaling battery system deployments across Texas. You'll build internal tools, audit deployment data, and collaborate with field and engineering teams to eliminate bottlenecks and improve system reliability at scale.
What you'll do
- Audit and validate deployment data using SQL to ensure accuracy across systems
- Design scalable deployment processes focused on data collection, quality assurance, and workflow efficiency
- Develop internal tools and dashboards using Python and JavaScript to automate workflows and track key metrics
- Analyze deployment pipeline data to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to translate operational needs into technical solutions
- Build and maintain data collection systems for comprehensive hardware deployment and performance tracking
