Solutions Engineer

About this role

Basis is seeking a Solutions Engineer to lead technical deployments of its AI agents for enterprise customers, primarily in accounting. You'll serve as the technical bridge between customers and the engineering team, managing integrations and ensuring successful agent implementation across multiple concurrent deployments.

What you'll do

• Lead technical integration of Basis agents into customer workflows and systems
• Manage multiple concurrent customer deployments and technical implementations
• Conduct technical troubleshooting calls with customers and internal IT teams
• Analyze data and diagnose integration issues using SQL
• Collaborate with DI Strategists on enterprise customer engagements
• Build and maintain API integrations connecting customer systems to Basis platform

• Financial services domain expertise (preferred)
• Customer-facing technical communication

• Project management across multiple simultaneous deployments
