Salesforce Developer

About this role

Blink Health seeks an experienced Salesforce Developer to lead end-to-end platform development and administration for their rapidly scaling Revenue Operations team. You'll own custom development, integrations, data governance, and user experience design while partnering with cross-functional teams to align Salesforce with business growth strategy.

What you'll do

• Design and build custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Flows, and Lightning Web Components
• Manage integrations with HubSpot, Salesforce Data Cloud, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other GTM tools via REST/SOAP APIs
• Administer user management, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules
• Build and enforce data models, stage gates, and reporting infrastructure for sales metrics
• Drive data quality initiatives and platform governance through validation rules and automation
• Develop intuitive user experiences and provide end-user support and training
