About this role

Bot Auto seeks software engineers to build systems enabling autonomous trucking operations. You'll develop full-stack applications, backend services, data pipelines, and infrastructure tools across a variety of domains, working alongside experienced engineers on technology that directly powers autonomous vehicles.

What you'll do

  • Design, implement, test, and maintain software features for autonomous vehicle and fleet operations systems
  • Develop web interfaces using React and TypeScript, and backend services primarily in Python and Go
  • Build and maintain databases, event-driven systems, and real-time data integrations
  • Create tools and platforms for fleet operations, simulation, ML infrastructure, CI/CD, and deployment
  • Debug issues and improve system reliability, performance, observability, and usability
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, autonomy teams, and operations to translate business needs into software
