About this role

Olsson is hiring an Engineer in Training (EIT) to support traffic and transportation analyses for data center developments across the United States. You'll work alongside experienced traffic engineers, conducting traffic studies, analyzing roadway impacts, and preparing technical reports while building expertise in a growing infrastructure sector.

What you'll do

  • Support traffic and transportation analysis and design for data center projects nationwide
  • Collect, review, and analyze traffic data to evaluate roadway operations and site access impacts
  • Prepare technical reports, exhibits, and recommendations for project planning and permitting
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with clients and agencies
  • Apply traffic engineering principles and industry best practices to multiple concurrent projects
  • Meet project deadlines while maintaining company standards
