About this role

Blueprint seeks a Cloud Support Engineer to help organizations adopt and optimize Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI solutions. You'll provide technical advisory, oversee deployment and governance, and drive measurable business outcomes through customer engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

What you'll do

  • Drive customer adoption and usage of Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI agents with accountability for measurable outcomes
  • Provide technical advisory and consulting on AI use cases and cloud solutions
  • Oversee deployment, governance, and optimization of secure AI solutions
  • Manage customer relationships and serve as executive liaison across implementation teams
  • Support change management and organizational adoption strategies
  • Collaborate with implementation partners and delivery resources on solution scaling
