About this role

Blueprint seeks an IT Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical support and hardware procurement services for a game development studio in Bellevue. You'll manage PC hardware lifecycle, user accounts, Azure services, and lab machines while collaborating with studio leadership to ensure reliable technology operations.

What you'll do

  • Procure, configure, deploy, maintain, and recycle PC hardware and equipment
  • Respond to IT service requests, repairs, upgrades, and technical support issues
