About this role
Braze seeks a Software Engineer II to join their SMS/RCS channels team, building and scaling messaging infrastructure handling composition, delivery, responses, and analytics. You'll own full-stack features end-to-end, drive technical initiatives, and help maintain platform reliability as it grows.
What you'll do
- Ship high-value full-stack features for SMS and RCS channels quickly
- Own key technical areas as primary engineer and drive initiatives from concept through delivery
- Build and maintain distributed systems supporting message composition, sending, responses, and analytics
- Support Chat messaging services including click tracking and link shortening functionality
- Collaborate across teams to solve open-ended technical problems
- Maintain platform dependability and reliability as traffic scales
