About this role
Braze is hiring a Software Engineer II to join their SMS and RCS channels team, responsible for building and scaling messaging infrastructure. You'll develop full-stack features, own key technical areas, and ensure platform reliability as the business scales.
What you'll do
- Build and scale SMS and RCS messaging channels from composition to analytics
- Ship high-value full-stack features quickly while driving initiatives from concept to delivery
- Own key technical areas as a primary owner and solve open-ended distributed systems problems
- Maintain platform dependability and performance as traffic expands
- Support Chat messaging services including click tracking and link shortening
- Collaborate across teams and communicate technical decisions to peers and leadership
