RF Test Engineer

About this role

BRINC, a leader in public safety drone technology, seeks an RF Test Engineer to design and validate test systems for drone RF subsystems. You'll create automated test setups, troubleshoot hardware issues, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure products meet quality and regulatory standards.

What you'll do

• Design and develop RF test hardware setups, fixtures, and automated testing systems for drone subsystems
• Define and execute test plans to validate RF performance and integration with drone systems
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python, LabVIEW, or similar tools
• Troubleshoot hardware issues and recommend design improvements based on test findings
• Conduct environmental and stress testing to verify durability in real-world conditions
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and maintain detailed test documentation

• RF test equipment operation (VNAs, spectrum analyzers, signal analyzers)
• Automated test development (Python, LabVIEW)
