AI Solution Engineer
About this role
Broccoli is seeking an AI Solution Engineer to support contractors using its AI-powered front-office platform. In this customer-facing technical role, you'll troubleshoot complex issues, debug AI agents and integrations, partner with engineering teams, and help scale support operations.
What you'll do
- Resolve customer issues across product, workflow, and technical support channels
- Troubleshoot using logs, SQL, internal tools, and debugging workflows to investigate AI agents, call flows, and integrations
- Partner with Engineering and Product to escalate bugs, document patterns, and drive improvements
- Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams about issue resolution and expectations
- Support diverse customers ranging from SMBs to enterprise accounts
- Help define and improve support processes, documentation, and quality standards
