About this role

Build seeks a Solutions Engineer to embed with real estate domain experts and convert their specialized knowledge into agentic AI workflows and internal tools. You'll own projects end-to-end—from understanding client needs to shipping production software—automating complex development and acquisitions processes for institutional clients.

What you'll do

  • Embed with domain teams to deeply understand their workflows and identify automation opportunities
  • Design and build agentic workflows and internal tools that reduce manual expert work
  • Ship solutions in front of users, iterate based on feedback, and maintain production systems
  • Translate repeated expert judgment into robust, scalable software
  • Own end-to-end delivery: design, build, deploy, monitor, and evolve solutions
  • Contribute learnings back to the core product roadmap
