Technical Support Engineer
About this role
C1 seeks a Technical Support Engineer to support customers adopting their agentic AI platform, requiring 3+ years in technical support, DevOps, or IAM/Security roles. You'll manage support queues, troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, and guide customers through implementations while collaborating with internal teams to resolve problems quickly.
What you'll do
- Provide technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues and escalating concerns with sub-1-hour response time goals
- Develop deep product knowledge of C1's platform and stay current on features, best practices, and integrations
- Conduct customer training sessions and create educational materials on platform usage and advanced features
- Project manage complex issue resolutions across internal teams to ensure timely customer solutions
- Gather customer feedback and usage data to inform product improvements and identify optimization opportunities
- Identify and lead process automation initiatives for both internal workflows and customer-facing tasks
