About this role

CADRE seeks an experienced AWS Lambda developer to build and maintain serverless integration solutions between Salesforce and VA enterprise systems. You'll develop Lambda functions for data transformation and processing, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure solutions meet federal security and compliance standards.

What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain AWS Lambda functions for data retrieval and processing across enterprise integrations
  • Implement API integrations with VA enterprise systems and build data transformation logic for Salesforce
  • Troubleshoot production defects, analyze CloudWatch logs, and identify performance issues
  • Design error handling, retry logic, and resilient patterns for API-driven workflows
  • Support AWS Step Functions orchestration and multi-step integration processes
  • Conduct root cause analysis on production incidents and collaborate with DevOps teams on deployments

  • Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform or CloudFormation)

  • Secure coding practices and cloud security standards (NIST, FISMA, FedRAMP)
