About this role
Design and execute performance testing strategies for federal technology systems, including load, stress, and scalability testing. Collaborate with engineering and DevSecOps teams to validate system reliability and operational readiness using industry-standard testing tools.
What you'll do
- Design and execute load, stress, endurance, and spike testing strategies
- Develop and maintain performance test scripts using JMeter, LoadRunner, k6, or Gatling
- Define workload models, baselines, and service-level objectives for release criteria
- Analyze logs, metrics, and observability data to identify performance bottlenecks
- Integrate automated performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and quality gates
- Support troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and remediation planning
