About this role

CAI seeks a Validation Engineer to support commissioning, qualification, and verification (CQV) activities at pharmaceutical and utility facilities. You'll develop technical documentation, execute field verification protocols, and lead small teams through complex qualification projects in highly regulated environments.

What you'll do

  • Develop documentation and protocols for CQV activities at client sites
  • Execute field verification work and produce summary reports
  • Plan and coordinate validation projects across pharmaceutical facilities and equipment
  • Direct small teams in document development and protocol execution
  • Troubleshoot equipment and utilities (WFI, RO, HVAC) during facility startup
  • Perform walk-downs and validate compliance with regulatory standards
