About this role
Join Camunda as an AI Forward Deployed Engineer to bring ProcessOS—a natural language-driven workflow automation platform—into production at enterprise customers across EMEA. You'll own the full deployment lifecycle from initial setup through handoff, writing integration code, debugging distributed systems, and directly shaping both the product and this emerging practice area.
What you'll do
- Deploy ProcessOS workflows from conception to production, achieving measurable business outcomes within 90 days and scaling to 3–5 customer deployments annually
- Configure and troubleshoot Camunda clusters in local and cloud environments, resolving integration failures and performance issues
- Build custom agents and connector logic to integrate legacy enterprise systems with the platform
- Drive adoption across technical and business stakeholders by building trust and demonstrating value through working deployments
- Document deployment patterns and best practices to establish playbooks for future implementations
- Contribute field discoveries back to the product team—code, bug fixes, and integration patterns inform ProcessOS development
