About this role

Canals is seeking an Implementation Engineer to configure and deploy ERP integrations between the Canals platform and enterprise systems like Eclipse, P21, and Infor. You'll own the technical implementation lifecycle for customers, from pre-sale discovery through post-sale go-live, while developing deep expertise in distributor ERP ecosystems.

What you'll do

  • Configure and deploy integrations between Canals and ERP systems using APIs, templates, and credentials
  • Serve as ERP subject-matter expert, understanding data handling, authentication, and system-specific configurations
  • Participate in pre-sale discovery calls to assess technical feasibility and answer ERP-related questions
  • Lead post-sale integration work including endpoint configuration, API testing, and end-to-end validation
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and collaborate with support and engineering teams on resolutions
  • Document integration procedures, best practices, and ERP-specific nuances for internal and customer use
