About this role

Senior Network Engineer position supporting classified government systems requiring TS/SCI clearance and polygraph. Designs and manages enterprise network infrastructure including datacenter virtualization, security controls, and complex routing/switching protocols across multiple vendor platforms.

What you'll do

  • Design and architect enterprise network systems with focus on security boundaries and datacenter infrastructure
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and security appliances
  • Manage TCP/IP protocol stacks, routing/switching protocols, stateful firewalls, and L3/L4 access controls
  • Support virtualization platforms including VMware and Solaris containers
  • Respond to on-call support requests and resolve issues via ticketing systems in live environments
  • Perform packet capture analysis and network troubleshooting across CAN/MAN/LAN infrastructure
