About this role

Captivation Software seeks a senior DevOps Engineer to design and optimize cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. You'll leverage Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS, and Jenkins to automate systems, establish CI/CD workflows, and support mission-critical applications in a hybrid role based in Annapolis Junction, MD.

What you'll do

  • Optimize and automate deployment and build processes across multiple platforms
  • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions
  • Manage containerized workloads with Docker, Kubernetes, and container registries
  • Build infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform and CloudFormation
  • Collaborate with development and product teams to translate requirements into production-ready systems
  • Implement and manage AWS services including EC2, ECS/EKS, S3, VPCs, and networking
