What you'll do

  • Design and develop front-end components conforming to Section 508 and WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA standards
  • Perform comprehensive accessibility testing using JAWS and other screen readers, identifying and fixing issues
  • Conduct manual and automated accessibility audits and produce compliance documentation
  • Partner with UX/UI designers and developers early to integrate accessibility by design
  • Integrate automated accessibility testing tools into CI/CD pipelines for continuous monitoring
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and communicate accessibility requirements to stakeholders
