QA Engineer (Manual) – Junior / Middle
About this role
Join a remote QA team to ensure quality and reliability of a health services platform through manual testing. This role welcomes both junior testers eager to grow and middle-level engineers ready to own testing independently, working across functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
What you'll do
- Create and execute test cases, scenarios, and comprehensive test plans
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing on web applications
- Identify, document, and track defects throughout the development lifecycle
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to investigate and resolve quality issues
- Validate new features against business and user requirements
- Support release testing, deployment activities, and maintain testing documentation

- Test case creation and defect reporting
- Web application testing
- Agile/Scrum development processes
- Bug tracking tools (Jira or similar)
- API testing and Postman (preferred for middle level)
- SQL and database testing (nice to have)
