About this role

Vensure Employer Solutions seeks a Sales Engineer to deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations of PrismHR's HR and payroll solutions to small and medium businesses. This on-site role in Chandler, Arizona bridges sales and product teams by showcasing platform capabilities, maintaining demo environments, and creating presentation content that helps clients close deals.

What you'll do

  • Lead product demonstrations of PrismHR solutions to SMB prospects and internal growth teams
  • Develop, maintain, and update demo scripts, sandbox environments, and presentation materials
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to improve sales processes and support materials
  • Create and maintain demo content for clients, resellers, and internal stakeholders
  • Respond to RFPs and assist with customer proposal preparation
  • Stay current on market conditions, competitors, and industry trends to advise sales and customer teams
