Deployment Engineer
About this role
Celonis seeks a Deployment Engineer to lead AI-augmented implementations of its Process Intelligence platform for enterprise customers. You'll direct AI agents to build data models and solutions while applying business judgment to validate outputs, translate customer needs into technical specifications, and drive measurable process improvements from discovery through adoption.
What you'll do
- Conduct business discovery workshops and translate customer objectives into Celonis use cases with defined success criteria
- Direct AI deployment agents to build data models, analyses, KPIs, and dashboards while validating outputs for business relevance
- Design and configure Celonis solutions including Process Intelligence Graph, data transformations, and operational solutions
- Lead value creation workshops to identify process inefficiencies and define improvement measures and KPIs
- Enable customer adoption through training, documentation, and handover of solutions for sustained long-term use
- Develop domain expertise in process areas (e.g., Supply Chain, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay) and contribute to platform roadmap
