About this role
Celonis seeks a Senior Value Engineer to drive AI-powered business transformation for Fortune 500 customers in the High Tech sector. You'll own end-to-end customer value realization—from discovery through ROI—by combining technical platform expertise, consulting acumen, and executive stakeholder management to deploy Process Intelligence solutions across complex organizational ecosystems.
What you'll do
- Uncover customer business challenges and craft executive narratives to demonstrate ROI and business value across process areas
- Manage executive sponsorship and change management initiatives across multiple business units to champion transformation programs
- Orchestrate global transformation roadmaps with multiple workstreams and implement AI-assisted project management and governance
- Leverage AI tools and platform fluency to guide solution architecture while partnering with technical teams on deep-dive builds
- Build strategic expansion roadmaps to embed Celonis as a core platform and drive broad adoption across customer organizations
- Provide product feedback to R&D based on evolving customer use cases and emerging business-critical scenarios
