About this role
Centerfield Media is hiring an IT Helpdesk Administrator to lead end-user technology services in a hybrid-cloud environment. You'll manage Microsoft 365 device management, IT service operations, identity and access, and vendor relationships while supporting Windows, Mac, and enterprise endpoint infrastructure across the organization.
What you'll do
- Serve as primary point of contact for end-user IT support and troubleshooting across Windows, Mac, and Microsoft 365 environments
- Manage device provisioning, lifecycle management, and PC image deployment using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot
- Oversee IT service desk ticketing, ITSM processes, and maintain SLAs and KPIs for service quality
- Support enterprise endpoint security solutions and patch management across the organization
- Manage Active Directory, Entra ID, identity and access controls, and cloud-native IAM implementations
- Coordinate vendor relationships, campus network infrastructure, and cross-functional IT partnerships
